Where are your parties held?
We bring the celebration to you! Whether at your home or
another desired location, we setup and host a great celebration.
What ages do you accommodate?
Our celebrations are best enjoyed by children ages 3 to 14. And,
adults have a ball too!
How do I make a reservation? -
To reserve your celebration please complete our online form, or contact
us at 301-875-8571 or via email at
germell@elegantteacelebrations.com. Upon our receipt of your signed party agreement
and $150.00 nonrefundable deposit, your desired party date will be
reserved. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. To
ensure the highest quality of service, we suggest you reserve your event
at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance. We can accommodate short notice
parties for an additional fee.

How
do I send a deposit? - Deposits
may be submitted online via PayPal. The remainder of your balance will be
due 14 days prior to the event, based on your final guest count.
What happens if we must cancel? -
Due to the nature of our celebrations--as we begin shopping and preparing
for your party far in advance--all deposits are non-refundable. However,
we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party for another date.
What forms of payment do you accept? -
We happily accept payment for deposit/party by cash, check, or money order as well as
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and America Express. A $35 fee will be assessed for any
check that is returned NSF.
What happens in case of
Illness or Inclement Weather? - The safety and well being of the party
coordinator as well as that of your guests is very important to us,
therefore we reserve the right to reschedule an event in the case of
Illness and/or inclement weather. We
will diligently work with you to arrange a new date based on
mutual availability.
Can Boys attend the Celebration?

Yes,
little gentleman are always welcome at an Elegant Tea Celebration. We
will provide limited dress-up items and all craft projects will be
adjusted to accommodate boys in attendance. Client must let us know boys
will be attending in advance.
What should the girls wear to the party?
- Please have each
princess wear a leotard or slip, underneath their party outfit
so that when they change into our beautiful ball gowns they are modestly
covered. |
